Here's a great caramel apple recipe from Paula Deen:
Ingredients
Directions
Remove the stem from each apple and press a craft stick into the top. Butter a baking sheet. Place caramels and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring once. Allow to cool briefly. Roll each apple quickly in caramel sauce until well coated. Place on prepared sheet to set. They can be rolled in chopped nuts for an added touch of flavor!

Congrats Ashley! I heard and saw photos...the wedding was beautiful! It occured to me that my gift might have arrived (if it's even arrived yet) sans gift card. The store I bought it from in Houston (Bering's) is notorious for this. So, if you get a gift from Bering's and it has no card, it's from us! So excited for you and Manolo.
