Through a fellow etiquette blogger "The Pink Teapot" I found a great site called the Etiquette Police, which provides tons of information!! The site even hosts an online quiz to test your manners!! Check it out it is super informative!

Thanks for the info - I love etiquette blogs, books, whatever. I truly wished they required etiquette to be a part of everyone's career or education!
