#1 New Years Resolution

Everyone knows the #1 New Year's Resolution is to hit the gym!  If you elect to go to a gym in lieu of running or working out at home, then you have to be aware of your new found gym friends and make sure you are respecting them and their space.

According to my good friend ( I wish!) Emily Post, wiping down the machines after you use them is your number one etiquette concern at the gym.  No one wants to workout in someone else's sweat!  Can you say gross??

Don't leave loose weights or dumbbells on machines or bars.  If you are using a machine put the weight back at the lowest setting after you are done.   Doing these simple things will help the next person, not have to spend all their time reseting the area.
